Terms of Service

Keetu PRM is a product of BrightLabs Infrasoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. All contracts for the service are with that company; all subscription invoices are issued by it; and it is the entity you are dealing with for support, billing, privacy and grievances.

The service is for professional practices and their staff. You must be at least 18 years old, competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and authorised to act for the firm you register. The details you give during verification must be accurate. We may suspend an account where information is false or where the account is used unlawfully.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Each login is personal — sharing one account across staff undermines the audit trail your clients rely on.

Keetu PRM generates compliance calendars, tracks registrations and renewals, and organises documents and billing. It is a tool for professionals, not a substitute for professional judgement.

Due dates and applicability come from a rule engine maintained on a best-effort basis and can be affected by statutory changes, extensions and client-specific facts. You remain responsible for every filing you make and every deadline you meet. Verify statutory positions independently before relying on them.

You keep ownership of everything you enter. We process it to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where you hold your clients' personal data on the platform, you are the data fiduciary for it and are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it.

Current plans and prices are published on our pricing page. Unless a written order form says otherwise:

• All fees are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR), and are exclusive of GST, which is added at the rate in force on the invoice date.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. The subscription renews automatically for successive periods until cancelled.
• A tax invoice is issued for every charge and is available on your Subscription page inside the app, and by email.
• We give at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect for an existing subscription. Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance of the new price.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and will tell you. Access to paid features may be limited while an invoice is overdue; we will not delete your data for non-payment without notice and an opportunity to export.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. When and how access is delivered is described in our Service Delivery Policy.

Online subscription payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. You are redirected to Razorpay's own hosted payment page to pay.

We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials. BrightLabs Infrasoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. receives only the outcome of the payment and a gateway reference, which we match against the invoice before marking it paid. Your use of the payment page is additionally subject to Razorpay's own terms.

We accept bank transfer for annual and enterprise subscriptions; details are printed on the invoice.

Keetu PRM lets your firm raise invoices to your own clients and collect them online. That money is not ours and never reaches us:

• Your firm holds its own Razorpay merchant account — registered under BrightLabs Infrasoft's technology partnership with Razorpay — and is the merchant of record for every such payment.
• Funds settle directly from Razorpay into the bank account your firm registered, on Razorpay's normal settlement cycle. BrightLabs Infrasoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. cannot hold, route, redirect or deduct from those funds, and is not a payment aggregator.
• The contract for the professional services being paid for is between your firm and your client. Disputes, refunds and chargebacks on those payments are for your firm to resolve, from your own Razorpay dashboard.
• Where the superadmin has agreed a transaction commission with your firm, it is charged separately under your partnership terms with BrightLabs Infrasoft— never deducted from a client's payment in transit.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and circumstances beyond our control can cause downtime. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose — the service offers export for this purpose.

Do not attempt to breach the security of the platform or access another firm's data; upload malware; use the service to store unlawful content; resell access without agreement; or place unreasonable load on the infrastructure through automated means.

You may not use the payment features to collect money for anything unlawful, for goods or services your firm does not actually provide, or in a way prohibited by Razorpay or by the Reserve Bank of India.

The software, its interface, the rule engine and the documentation remain the property of BrightLabs Infrasoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your firm's own practice for as long as it is paid for. Your data remains yours.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including penalties or interest arising from a missed filing. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may cancel at any time — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how, and for what happens to fees already paid. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or non-payment, with notice where practicable. On closure you may export your data for 30 days, after which retention follows our Privacy Policy.

If something goes wrong, write to support@keetuprm.in first — most issues are settled there. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to grievance@keetuprm.in. We acknowledge within 1 working day and aim to resolve within 15 days, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support@keetuprm.in.
