What you are charged

Only the plan fee above, in Indian Rupees (INR), plus GST. There is no setup fee, no per-invoice fee and no charge for support. Any transaction commission on client collections is agreed separately in writing.

How you pay

Card, UPI or netbanking through Razorpay Software Private Limited — you pay on their hosted page and we never see your card details. Annual and enterprise plans can pay by bank transfer against the invoice.

Billing cycle

Monthly in advance, renewing automatically until you cancel. A GST tax invoice is issued for every charge and appears on your Subscription page.

Cancelling

Email us and we confirm within a working day — access continues to the end of the paid period, and the first paid month is fully refundable within 7 days.

What your clients pay you is separate

The prices above are what your firm pays BrightLabs Infrasoft for Keetu PRM. Money your clients pay against your firm's own invoices settles directly into your firm's bank account through your own Razorpay merchant account — we never hold or deduct from it.
