Service Delivery Policy

Keetu PRM is software delivered over the internet by BrightLabs Infrasoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. This page explains what you receive when you pay, and how quickly. It also serves as our shipping and delivery policy: there is nothing physical to ship, no courier involved, and no shipping or handling charge on any order.
What is delivered
A subscription to Keetu PRM delivers hosted access to the platform at https://keetuprm.in for your firm and its staff, at the plan level you paid for. That includes the compliance calendar and rule engine, registration workflows, task board, document vault, client portal, billing and reporting modules covered by the plan, plus the support described below.
No physical goods, media, hardware or printed material form part of any plan.
When it is delivered

In the rare case where a bank confirmation is delayed, activation can take up to 24 hours. If paid features are still not enabled after 24 hours, write to support@keetuprm.in with the payment reference and we will activate the account manually — or refund it under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How it is delivered
Delivery is entirely electronic. Access is granted to the account of the email address used at signup — we never send passwords by email, and every sign-in link and verification code goes to that registered address. Documents, reports and invoices generated in the product are downloaded from within the app.
You need an internet connection and a current browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari). No installation is required.
Where we deliver
The service is offered to professional firms in India and is billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Because delivery is over the internet, your team can use it from anywhere; support, invoicing and GST treatment assume an Indian firm. Data is hosted in India.
Support included
Email support at support@keetuprm.in is included in every paid plan, Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00 IST (excluding public holidays). Firms signed in can raise a ticket from inside the app, which reaches us with the account context attached. We aim to respond within one working day; enterprise plans carry the response times agreed in their order form.
Payments your clients make to you
Where a client pays an invoice raised by a CA firm on this platform, the “delivery” is the professional service that firm agreed to provide, on the firm's own timelines. The money settles directly to the firm and BrightLabs Infrasoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not a party to it. See our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
